Promotions

Promotions are discounts which are configured on a variant level.

Promotions must have a start date, they may have an expiry date and/or have been expired manually. promotion.active will return true only if today’s date is on or after the start date, the end date is after today and the promotion has not been manually expired.

Creators want to advertise promotions as often as possible on their websites and there are many ways you may wish to do this for them.

Show the promotion category, tagline, expiry date, or discount amount
